Cheyenne Multiple Listing Service Information
To join the Cheyenne Multiple Listing service, you must be a member in good standing with a Board of REALTORS® (as a REALTOR® member, not as an Affiliate member). Proof of Board membership will be required prior to receiving access to Cheyenne MLS Information.
Fees:
| Participation Fee (one-time fee per MLS Participant) | $500 |
| Administration Fee (per licensee or certified appraiser) | $22.50 |
| Key Lease Fee (per key issued) | $12.50 monthly (plus tax) |
| Listing Fee | $20 (per new listing) |
